Mercedes oversees the global people-first human capital strategy. She focuses on unleashing the full potential of our people and contributing to a diverse, agile and inclusive culture. Before starting her experience with the localization industry 7+ years ago when she joined RR Donnelley, she had built her HR career in the consultancy and energy sectors. Mercedes is fluent in Spanish, English, French and holds a Bachelor of Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE.
