How our company works
Each client is allocated a dedicated Project Manager who is their main point of contact. Our Project Managers are all graduate linguists with post-graduate qualifications in a translations related field, or with experience managing translations in some of the world’s largest organisations.
Our quality assurance tools are simple, powerful and insightful. At every stage in the translation process we ensure the highest levels of accuracy and punctuality to ensure our clients can remain confident in the quality of services we provide.
Once a translation has been completed, we ensure that it is revised. The reviser will look at the brief, look at what’s been done, and revise the translation. When returning the work he or she will also complete a detailed quality assurance scorecard which is assessed by the Project Manager, fed back to the Translator, and permanently attached to the job. The scorecard, together with any Client feedback which we of course welcome, helps us implement a process of continual Quality Assurance. Translators are not only ranked but also given all the information they need to stay right at the top of their game.
